Hi, I'm Crystal
I have always had an interest in health care and helping others. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences in 2005 at the University of Waterloo, and then immediately began my Masters degree in Occupational Therapy at Western University.
I worked as an occupational therapist for 10 years in various settings. This allowed me to help people improve their function in their activities of daily living, which was wonderful, but I realized I wanted to help people change their heath in a more preventative and holistic way. After some soul searching, I was introduced to osteopathy and thought it would be a great fit. During this time of discovery, I received treatments that gave me relief from some chronic and acute pain issues and then immediately signed up at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. I completed my osteopathic education in 2021 and am a registered member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA) and Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN).

When not helping others improve their health and mobility, I enjoy coffee, hiking, yoga and exercise, relaxing with a good book, and taking in the beauty of the Niagara Region with my husband and 2 kids.
